Spunbond technology from Zimmer, Germany

Zimmer adopts the improved Docan production process. Its stretching process features slit-extension positive pressure stretching and multi-plate multi-slit technology. The NST nozzles used are very novel and the spinning nozzle components are unique. Using raw materials such as PP, PET and PA, the fiber mesh is reinforced with needle punching or hot-melt bonding method, and the products produced have many varieties, good uniformity, low cost and high production efficiency.
