Shoota Textile has established a research & development center composed of professional technicans, specializing in knitting products, by emplying innovative concepts and advanced technologies, we continuously carry out research & development for application of knitting products. The R&D has imported more than 50 advanced high-speed tricol machines and dyeing&prototype equipment from Karl Mayer and Liba company from Germany. All the year round, we are producing jacquard meshes, bra laces, meshes and laces for apparels etc. The annual production capacity reaches 6,000 tons. Most of our products are sold in China, some of exported to HK, eastern Europe, U.S.A., the middle east and all over the world. The aggregate production values reach to RMB 300 million.
Cotton Sateen Fabric
The Cotton Sateen Fabric is produced through the satin weave structure; warp yarns are floated over weft yarns, for example four over and one under. The long floats produce a surface that is smooth to the touch and reduces light scattering to increase shine. Because it is woven by cotton yarns, the Cotton Percale Fabric has good characters of moisture absorption and air permeability. There is cotton sateen bleached fabric, cotton sateen dyed fabric and cotton sateen printed fabric.
Our
company, Shijiazhuang Guangda Textile Co., Ltd mainly weaves the cotton sateen fabric
using 30s-120s yarns, from 200T to 1000T, in 183cm, 250cm, 280cm, 300cm and
315cm width. And then we bleach or dye or print the cotton sateen fabric and
roll on hard paper tubes, cover with plastic bags outside then pack in woven
polyester bags. We always use the cotton sateen fabric to make sheets, fitted
sheets, Duvet Covers and Pillowcase Slips for home, hotel and hospital.
