Wear cool "textile muscle" clothing

Abstract: Some physically handicapped people need to wear auxiliary equipment to move their limbs, but wearing these equipment often looks awkward, stiff and unattractive. Now, a newly developed "textile muscle" material should be a good solution to this problem. This is a new study from Linköping University in Sweden. Scientists use a flexible electroactive polymer called polypyrrole to make a cloth. They are connected to the power supply at both ends to increase the charge. Long, this material will return to its original state when the power is turned off. This repeatedly changes the amount of electricity to make it move like a muscle.

In the laboratory, researchers have experimented with this material to complete the task of lifting small weights. This research will have great application potential in the future.
